These words perfectly capture how I feel about the Barong Tagalog.
Growing up, my father owned several Barong Tagalog pieces, each one carefully handcrafted by my uncle. He wore them with pride — not only because he is Filipino, but because of how wearing a Barong made him feel. It was a symbol of heritage, dignity, and craftsmanship. And in every stitch, he carried pride for his brother who made them.
Today, I carry that same pride into my shop.
I am honored to bring my uncle’s Barong Tagalog here to the United States — each piece hand-embroidered and meticulously crafted in Lumban, Laguna, the heart of traditional Barong artistry.
This is more than clothing. It is legacy. It is culture. It is identity.
I continue this journey so that my children — and yours — can grow up seeing how proudly they, too, can wear a Barong Tagalog.
My dad, who passed away in 2019, wearing one of the most iconic Barong Tagalog that my uncle gave to him. This specific design was made just for him. The same design that is now being worn by Senators in the Philippines.
All products are handcrafted, and as such, individual items may exhibit slight variations from one another. Additionally, color representation may differ across various monitor displays, meaning that the hues you perceive may not exactly match the item you received. Please be informed that the photographs presented in the listings are representative of the product. As noted previously, each piece is uniquely crafted by hand and may appear slightly different from the stock image.
Processing Times:
The current processing times are between 2 to 3 business days (most times are same day shipping). Saturdays and Sundays are time spent with our family so our offices are closed, however, you can still contact us via email for any questions regarding your order and I will try to respond as soon as we can. For Sales event and/or Christmas season, please expect shipping delays. It is advised that you purchase early to avoid shipping delays. We will announce the processing time when this happens.
If personalization is added (with approval) there is an additional 5-7 day delay to accommodate request. Shipping for regular items usually ships between 2 to 3 days.
Due to new tariff regulations. We are only able to ship to the US at this time.
Shipping Delays /Lost Packages:
With a few exceptions, once the package has been handed to USPS, Mirabueno Craft is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. I will try and work with you to track your packages, however, to file or escalate claims, please contact USPS. Please do contact me as well.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All Sales are final, but there are some cases in which I am willing to make an exception. If there is a problem with your order, please email us.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS: Inspect your items as soon as you received your package. You have 10 days from receipt to notify us about the flaw. Mirabueno Craft is not responsible for damages done to the items that was incurred by the customer. Please read the Care instructions included in your items to avoid damages.
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS: Orders that has been returned back to us is sometimes hard to track due to the volume of packages that comes and goes to our office. Also, USPS sometimes does not notify us with returns so please make sure to check your tracking and inform us if you have not received your packages.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that your address is correct. We have no access to your accounts so changes to your addresses needs to be updated in the website. With that said, the buyer needs to pay for shipping back to the buyer.
